build on it ... who gives a shit if it says multi cal.
Some companies are doing that because some people didnt want a 5.56 marked lower for a 9mm build, or a .223 marked lower for a 22lr build. And the lower makes no difference what its marked .... the upper and chamber of the barrel make the difference in what its going to shoot.

Some states require the weapon markings to match the caliber.
Aero has a good rep.
