Affordable tripod for spotting scope

What would you suggest for a tripod for around $100, its going to be used for spotting scope not rifle....atleast not yet.

I use my PRS tripod for my rifle, spotting scope, binoculars, range finder, Iphone and camera. Without a PRS saddle the large would be under your price. With a PRS SSP-2 saddle it would be just over your price. Its a very versatile tripod. I like having equipment that has multiple uses. Danel Jenkins the owner of PRS designs all his equipment with this thought in mind. He and his wife are great people to deal with.
