We are all only human, we make mistakes sometimes. Law enforcement officers are not perfect robots and the government is not omnipotent either. Whatever your feelings on the ATF and the NFA, these are just people like anyone else. This is important to remember, ATF agents are human beings like anyone else. I say this as someone who lives in a state where local and state law enforcement refuses to cooperate with the ATF on NFA enforcement. As someone who prefers to build unregistered rifles, appreciates hard reset triggers, and would gladly defend the right to rocket launchers under the 2nd Amendment.

You think I'm less of a man because I value the lives of federal agents? Many of them do good work.

Maybe you need to grow up, I'm a law abiding citizen and I'm not a law enforcement officer.

These agents have families, hopes and fears, dreams, lives of their own, Americans.

I'd much rather have an ATF agent as a friend than as an enemy really.

Well you have a right to 7 kg of uranium, so if you can find a willing collaborator, you could get 14 kg of uranium.

If enriched, that is enough fissile material for a tactical nuclear weapon, and a destructive device license for the detonator, which would be basic TNT.

It is physically possible for someone to build a legal private tactical nuclear weapon and defend that right in the Supreme Court, just never been done before.

EDIT:

The biggest hurdle is creating highly enriched weapons grade uranium at around 85% U-235, then safely assembling it into the detonator and casing.

It works like a gun, not as crazy or complex as you would think. You slam one piece of fissile material into another with a conventional explosive.

With enough force, basically slamming subcritical material together with TNT like a gun, a nuclear reaction and explosion is initiated.

And now you know, and knowing is half the battle. You can go and make your 2nd Amendment suitcase nuke dreams a reality.

So the issue is that the agent is being flagged by a clear weapon laying on a table? I'm sure nobody in this thread has ever walked into a gun store and walked by cases filled with hundreds of pistols pointing straight at them. I've of course NEVER seen anyone walk down the line of the entire safe area, or just standing in front of all of the rifles bullshitting with each other at a PRS match. Gun owners are such fucking hypocrits.

The ATF has little to no power down here in Alabama, and Appalachian moonshiners are a testament to this. It's a Southern thing.

The state law enforcement refuses to work with them, every single county refuses the NFA, the ATF relies on local law enforcement.

My whole town has plenty of automatic weapons, and our militias have been prepared to arrest gun grabbers at gun point since 2016.

By militias, I mean veterans, local police, military, and armed citizens. Three Percenters, Patriot Prayer, Oathkeepers, state and locals as well.

So if Uncle Sam and the BATF want to try a national gun grab, these redneck fellas are fully prepared to ambush and arrest them at gunpoint.

I value the lives of federal agents, and personally, have no fear of the government or any worldly power. The government serves the people.

The Constitution says that our government derives its authority from the consent of the governed, and that we may abolish it if it fails us.

But, the issue is that the federal government wouldn't go down without a fight, hence the 2nd Amendment right to arms and militia.

Never underestimate the power of the imagination. My only question is are you only wearing your tin foil when these wet dreams play out?

People don’t think Alabama be like it is. But it do.

By your logic the SS were just humans doing their jobs.....you know ....destroying people's lives.

No they don't.....any federal "law enforcement" is a tool of the liberals. Period. If they wanted to stop gun violence and such, they would have the national guard deployed to these cesspools.

Their silence on these issues is damning....

Any "good" federal agent needs to quit their job and find a new line of work. By them working for these agencies means they condone this shit.

Now shut the fuck up you cuck......

Doc

No, they’re not just playing and having fun on the taxpayers dime, they’re training!
You have to keep your training up-to-date, you know in case World War II happens.

;)

I’d love to see a better quality higher resolution photo because bits of that that one looks Mmm… suspect.

I was in a wedding where a young lady whom I knew well married a guy I also knew well. The young lady's father and I become closer over the years. He was under cover ATF in El Paso in the mid 1980s.

He told me that he trusted the gun runners and drug dealers he was working to arrest more than he trusted his supervisors. That was hard for me to process at the time. As the years went by, I know now exactly what he was talking about.

There is a certain kind of person who has been recruited, and a certain kind of person who has been promoted, in the ATF for the past 40 or so years.
They are technically human beings.

If you think you live in the only state with crazy ass armed rednecks, think again. They're everywhere. But all the ones I've met only care about their lives, and their well being, and their privacy. Most of them don't fuck with the news, feds, cops, outsiders, etc.

I show respect to everyone, when it's warranted. But I value the life of no man, more than that of my children. FAFO

That's all the over the top rhetoric you'll get out of me.
