Perrty sure the SA come only in 13" and the LA come with the 16". Not sure if they are interchangeable but if they are hopefully AI will sell just the rails in the future.

It is already available with a fixed stock, at least in the UK. It appears to be designated the "stage 1.5", whereas the folding stock is the "stage 2".
I have found it for sale on this site http://www.sportingservices.co.uk/aics.asp
Accuracy International have introduced a new version of the AX at this year's Shot Show which looks pretty cool so it might be worth hanging around a while to see when this becomes available before you go out to buy last year's model, and also whether they bring out an AICS version. Plus they have brought out some new stock sides for the AICS system which are in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ucg5PlPFh_Y

Bump for the new buttstock. Any idea if/when it's gonna be available? It resembles the Cadex.

Long action fore end is interchangeable with the short action. My friends aiax chassis has it. I don't know how he got it but his short action has the longer fore end.

Nevermind. That stock comes on the $15,000 PSR multi caliber kit. Dunno if it can be bought aftermarket and retrofitted or not but it sure it nice.
