LFP for a 2014 AT - $74
SFP for a 2015 AT - $144

If someone can explain the reason (besides “because we can”) I’m all ears as they're 99% the same thing with only the tip of the firing pin being different.

I still bought 2 of each but I’d just love to know the “why” for the price difference.

I also grabbed 5 firing pin springs an 2 spare butt pads.

No more spare parts for my AT’s now as I could have bought another rifle with what I have squirreled away.

Monaco is out of my affordable locations. What are the slip fees and diesel prices these days.

if you go during the Monaco Grand Prix, have a huge superyacht, and want a prime spot, it’s a LOT more expensive. I saw a €153,000 number (below), not sure if that was per day or what?

Overview of the Grand Prix yacht craziness:

As for fuel, ha! Not even your main expense. Here’s the yacht cost calculator. Off the charts man!

This site says huge superyachts can carry 100,000 gallons of diesel, and that on average diesel costs $3.20-3.90/gal. So that’s $320,000 at the low end to fill up. In Monaco it’s probably in Euros, so…even more spendy for a Yank.

That’s why you rocks Tikka and Zermatt

I bought a spare for my TRG-42 last year and it was $165 so at least the AI was cheaper.

I have a Bighorn TL-2 as well and have been to Zermatt a couple of times as they’re close but I like short throw actions and they don’t make any.

I do have a couple of spare CDG actions but I’m probably going to sell them as I doubt I’ll ever build them since I should just shoot what I have more frequently.
