I tried installing an AI stock on my Remington 5r and I noticed that the very back edge of the receiver is preventing the mag from be inserted into the gun all the way. The amount of the receiver hanging into the mag well area is about a couple of sheets of paper. Is this normal for 5r"s bs reg 700 actions? I still haven't torqued the action down to spec which I plan to this weekend at a friends house. I'm not sure if this could be the issue. Any ideas?
