AIAW barrel for the 115DTAC - anybody shot one?

TacPro Shooting Center is currently offering AIAWs with a 26" 243Win barrel that can shoot 115DTACs ("*these 243 barrels are fast twist to stabilize 115 gr. bullets"). Apparently the barrels were a special order by TacPro through AI (and have the AI mark) and were made by Border.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried one of these rifles yet and how well they shoot.

No, but I think those barrels are like a 8.25 or 8.5 twist, and while fast, I think that's gonna be right on the edge of being able to stabalize them... I was told my 8 twist was cutting it close, and only b/c it was cut rifled and a TRUE 8 twist that it works with the DTACs.

I just e-mailed Border and asked about the twist and chambering. I believe they are cut barrels, so that helps. I've had no problem with 115DTACs at 2,950 fps from Mike Rock, Krieger and Schneider barrels with an 8" twist.

Has anyone actually shot this AI-Border barrel?
