AICS 300 WM R700 Sendaro

I am talking to a guy about a trading my DPMS LR308B, PRS stock and JP trigger(solid 3/4" gun) for an R700 Sendero 300 win mag in an AICS. Does this sound reasonable as long as the conditions are comparable? Is the AICS on the same level as the Manners, McMillan, etc? What kind of 5 shot groups would you expect out of that combo?
