I have a Borka tool kit with the included AICS 3/16 bit but my chassis appears to be the newer version where this bit will not fit without removing the skins. What are you guys with the newer chassis systems using to tighten your action screws without having to remove the skins or where can I get a bit that will work. Thanks.

Had same issue. They make an Allen wrench set that is built into a socket bit. I bought a wheeler torque , with a 3/8?? Adapter from KOBALT and it works perfect. Just give me till the am and I'll find you exactly what the specs are. Fwiw, it's a heaven sent with AICS

I'm certainly not happy with AI reducing the diameter of access hole for AX and newer versions skins, as it reduces usability of my AICS bit, which was designed at a time when everything was fitting everything all right... Since I've learned about, I've posted related disclaimer on my website. I wish AI had some kind of a system to inform about changes, so that people willing to support AI products could catch these changes in real time, although I do recognize that AI does not have obligation to release such info to the third parties.

I was well aware of the possibility of the bit included in the borka kit not working. No fault of yours. I am a little surprised Accuracy International does not offer a part for purchase for tightening action screws as a simple allen/hex won't be able to torque to proper spec. Before it is all said and done I might drill and open up the holes myself. I did find what I think is the right bit that will work from matco tools. A little pricey being it is a matco item but nothing is ever cheap in the precision game. I will post a link to it when I am not on my phone.
