AICS action swap. POI/zero change?

Just a question for anyone that has swapped barreled action in and out of an AICS? How repeatable is the POI and zero after a change?

ie; Can i setup an AICS with scope mounted and zeroed, then remove the scoped action. If I reinstall with the same torque setting, am i likely to be wildly out?

Reason for question;

I have no need to take 2 rifles with me at one time, but I do have situations where i'd rather a 2nd caliber, but sticking with the AICS, and i'm investigating if swapping in a 2nd scoped action already setup is a realistic option.

mine seems to go back together and POI same. I take it out and clean barrel, wipe down and douche-out trigger group and re-torque back in .
I just took it back out the 100 yrd. line and checked it a couple days back again after doing it and after a few fouling shots, it was still on the same POI again.

A naive question. Re-installing the action - do you follow the routine: 1. torque, 2. take a 5-shot group, 3. re-torque?

I've read that a few times now. I guess the documentation that comes with the AICS would clear it up further.
