Anyone have both a 5 & 10 round AICS pmag? Magpul told me that the 5rounder had a follower that helped with a nose dive on 6.5CM. I was wondering if the follower would fit the 10 rounder.

Anti-tilt follwers typically have longer legs on the bottom of the follower. These "legs" keep the follower level, and prevent it from tipping over/nose diving. With the long "legs" the 5rd follower may fit in the 10rd mag, but prevent the full 10 rd capacity, since the follower won't go low enough due to the longer legs.

Clear as mud?

About as clear as Magpul’s answer. Haha Their explanation was :
The 5 round AICS pattern PMAG has a different follower in it with an enlarged ridge at the front, to support the front of the cartridge to prevent the “nose dive”, and will assist in keeping the rounds where they are in the pmag, and, may help to prevent them from sliding forward under recoil.

But never would say if it would fit the 10 round.

I think they updated the follower with a raised section for the shoulder to ride when it feeds. I also think the newer 10 rd follower will fit fine in the 5 rd body.

This photo shows the older 5rd follower on the left and the newer 10 rd follower on the right. The only difference below deck is the longer center leg on the 5rd.

This photo shows the difference between the older and newer followers, with the latter having a raised section prolly to assist with mitigating nose dives. They both have fed without issue in a Surgeon 591 6.5 CM.

I have both, 5 and 10 round pmags. Run them in a Bighorn TL2
Using them right now for a 6br and haven't had a single nose dive.
Only problem I've had was the bolt would hit the front of the mag.
Just had to lightly sand the top down a little, till the bolt would
pass over the top and pickup a round. Had to do this with both
5 and 10. Don't know if this is a TL2 problem only, maybe the mag seats
too deeply, and others don't?
Not a big problem to fix once. They run fine now. All I use.
Half of the price of metal.
Never had a problem with 6.5 or 6 creed, after I fixed the problem.

And they're still nosediving? Interesting. i had that problem in my new ashbury until took a dremmel to my feedramp above. Is the follower tilting? Is it only on one mag or multiple? I've had the followers stick in new AR mags. Taking the follower out and softening all the hard corners with some sand paper helps. Also some dry graphite lube.
