what is the main difference in the C3 and the ML2? Is the C3 as durable as the M series?

the c3 is a bit shorter in length and isnt submersible in water as far in depth as the ml2.look it up at aimpoint .com

I also see that the M series is HAIII anodized and the C3 is not.
