Well, if you are the kind of person to try shooting underwater and using corrosive ammo, add some ammonia and this would be the new cleaning procedure after going to the range...I would avoid it though...
What is pretty amazing is how much the bubble contracts. There really is not that much gas involved to push a round out of the barrel.. At least in a 7.62x39...
You would think with all that water in the barrel it would blow up when fired. It didn't seem to hurt the gun at all.
