Looking for info from those that have loaded Alliant 2000MR in a .223 with 75 - 90 gr. bullets.

There's some recent posts over on AccurateShooter about this; one guy said he picked up 150fps shooting 90gr VLDs from a long barrel(30-32"), long throated 223 Remington with 2000MR compared to his 'old standby' RL15 load.
I might buy a pound to try in my 22" 223AI...but I'm not sure if I'd see any gains given the shorter barrel.

I'm going to screw a 26-28 inch Criterion on a Savage action and use it for 600 yard FTR. I'm looking for accuracy first and speed second, it would be nice to get both. I'm not interested in taking this to 1000 yards, just put a new .308 together for that, that is shooting quite well I will add.
