Most of us have a Dremel tool or have at least used one in the past. They are handy for many things, but some uses you may not have thought of. Here is one example that could be useful in a pinch:

Edit- nsfw nuts (literally!)

Dangit, article was docs using a Dremel for patients in an awkward situation, didn't realize they had photos of the procedure.

For those interested, it is in here: https://www.acepnow.com/tag/Clinical/

Oh, that sounds fun !!
The patient should be draped with towels with consideration of the path sparks will take during the procedure. Face masks or other eye protection are advised for all clinicians working near the site of spark generation.

Continuous fluid irrigation directly onto the site of cutting is advised, as a considerable amount of heat is produced by the grinding device (see Figure 3). The patient should be advised of this expectation and be asked to give feedback if they feel heat developing so that additional time can be allowed for heat dissipation. Once a cut has been made through the entirety of the ring, some relatively malleable metals can be spread apart wide enough to allow for removal from the genitals. More rigid materials may require the clinician to rotate the ring approximately 180° to make a second full thickness cut.

when i was still in school and working at a community hospital, a dude came in with his dick stuck in a vacuum attachment.
it was plastic so they could cut it off with a cast cutter, but not before dozens of people made their way to the ER to get a peek, lol.

Everyone in the emergency medical community has stories (and often x-rays!) of the things that people show up in the ER with. When I saw that article title I cracked up. "Incarcerating Metallic (wiener) Hardware"

The amount of people with lubed up buttholes falling on things or getting their pecker stuck is too damn high

My wife uses the small abrasive cartridge roll to grind off the callouses on my feet. And for that dry, crusty crap on her heels, that snag her nylons. We also use it on the dogs nails. He fights a lot less than when we use clippers. The noise fascinates him.
