Load recomendations for remington 5R .223

Varget

52gr A-MAX, LC once fired FL resized
75gr A-MAX, LC once fired FL, Blackhills fire formed
69gr SMKs, LC once fired FL, Blackhills fire formed

Since the LC was once Nato should it be loaded lighter and by how much then Blackhills

I know things will need to be tweaked just looking for a dect starting point at the moment 23.5 is what web searches have come up with for the 69 SMKs, any suggestions for the A Maxs would be great

I am running 26.6gn of varget with the 69smk out of LC brass with br4 primers. Gun is SPS tactical with 20" 1/9tw. Clocking 2980.

All use Lake City Brass and CCI BR-4 Primer (also use Rem. 7.5 BR Primers)

So called Hornady given the 1:9 twist they where confident the 75gr A-Max will not stabilize but the HPs will so they just saved me some testing. figured I'd post if anyone else was interested in trying the A-MAX in a 1:9.
