American Rifle Company M-10 steel rings to Seekins 7075-T6 aluminum picatinny scope base? Bad idea?

Two questions, guys:
1). I just bought American Rifle Co. M-10 steel rings for my 34mm Vortex Razor. I also bought a Seekins 7075-T6 aluminum picatinny base. Do I have potential trouble coming my way now with steel rings mounted on an aluminum base like this one? I thought that if I bought a Seekins base I would not have any issues... even if it was aluminum. I know I can put aluminum rings on top of a steel base, but I just now seem to recall that the consensus usually is avoid steel on top of aluminum.... right? My rifle is a new Bergara Ridgeback 6.5 PRC. If advisable, I can return the base for a Badger steel base, as Midway is good about returns.
2). The 55 # torque specs for these rings is damn scary... the factory notes say that heavy torquing is needed due to their one screw design... vs two or three design ring types. They imply the torque force on a scope is ultimately comparable if torqued to 55#.
Enlighten me guys!

I clamped down my arc rings on my Cronus to 50 in pounds and ran with it.

I think some brainiac here said because a single bolt was working the entire clamping force in a pinch instead of straight force exerted is halved.

Also they’re not steel but 7000 series aluminum.

Usually it’s not advised to put steel rings on aluminum rails, because the steel is harder and could mar the aluminum. If you don’t over-torque the base clamp, you should be ok. 7075-t6 is substantially stronger than 6061, and good modern rings engage the rail on the angled surface, which distributes the load. Old rings would just clamp side to side, which would put a stress concentration into the edge of the rail.
Also, the rings are aluminum, so there's definitely no issue.
