Hi SH :)

I was wondering this:

In my home, i have a small room dedicating to working on my guns. That include alot of spraying with various gun oil, since my guns often gets wet from the bad weather we have here.

In the same room, i have all my ammo. Ofcourse, i dont spray gunoil directly at the ammo, but i am wondering if the oil is "in the air" of the room, and destroying my stored ammo and primers. My ammo is not in airtight containers.

Should i be worried?

No,

If you can stand being in there while cleaning your guns, the ammo won't mind it either.

A bigger concern will be spraying stuff on the floor/counter tops etc. When the inevitable small spills of powder happen you will have a harder time cleaning stuff up.

I would spray my guns down somewhere else, just for the sheer fact that I like to keep my work space fairly clean.

Well, frankly if i have many guns to clean after af rainy day, it can get pretty smelly in there with all the aerosol spray.

How much of the stuff needs to be in the air, before it can affect the ammo? Is it completly stupid to think that aerosol oil can harm ammo this way in a small room?

And not breath in shit
You mean you don’t clean your guns dressed like this? Shame on you

Not me. I had to walk into the reactor compartment for an inspection after it cooled down enough after shutdown.
Hard pass, glad people like you are willing. Get shot at, blown up, fall from cheaply built aircraft, no problem. Watch my skin melt, and die a miserable death after being burned by that madness is rough from what I understand
