I won't be sad to see him get replaced with a better judge who rules based on the Constitution and the law rather than their own feelings, but out of the 5 retards on the court he is the least retarded one.
Ginsburg, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Breyer (in order of retardation and treasonous disposition) are enemies of our Constitution who have a judicial philosophy that makes them unfit for a municipal traffic court, much less the SCOTUS.
IMO Trump should be able to nominate ANYONE given that these radical leftist, mental midgets sit on the court. Rarely can I ever say that any of those four have an opinion that even remotely resembles justice, or even remotely follows the written law. Sotomayor should have failed to pass muster just based on her activism in the lower courts. This is WHY I hate Republicans. That they would allow Sotomayor a lifetime appointment is total dereliction of duty.
