Angle Degree Indicator (ADI) shows the actual angle from your position in relation to the target. Angle Cosine Indicator (ACI) gives you the cosine value of the angle that you would multiply by the range to target to get the actual dope you need.

if you are gonna do any angle shooting you want the Cosine Indicator.
