My Remington 700 SA is off getting refinished and I'm trying to get some parts ordered before it comes back. The scope that I will be mounting is a Leupold Mark 4, 30mm tube, 3 1/2-10 x 40mm objective. The rifle has a standard Remington varmint weight barrel on it.
I'm in the process of ordering new rings and base. I want to use the Leupold dual dove tailed.
Will the low rings work with this scope and barrel setup? I would like to have the scope as low as possible.
