Another Mk 13 question

I am looking to build a MK13 Mod5 clone. Wanted to know if anyone knew of a source to buy a Remington long action receiver & bolt. I want to get all the parts together before I start looking for a smith to build the gun for me. Any help would be appreciated. I am just trying to avoid having to buy a complete gun and scraping unused parts.

Any Remington 700 long action rifle with a magnum bolt face will work. Watch the for sale section here. Going rate for a stripped action is around $400. Also Gunbroker has stripped actions from time to time and you may even want to check with Bruno's Shooters Supply as they have them from time to time.

If you want to do it right get a G prefix 30-06 bolt face.
