F T/R Competition another reamer question (berger 185 hybrid)

This should be a simple question but out seems its not......

What is the recommended freebore for the Berber 185gr hybrid? I would also like the option to shoot the berger 200gr hybrid but the 185 is my goal.

.168" fb will work for you.

The reamer that PRG currently sells as an FTR reamer has a .168 freebore, it was pretty much spec'd for the 185s and I'm told it will work well with 200s.

I'm not sure about that, but I doubt it. If I remember correctly, the Palma chamber only has .055" freebore. It's tough to get 155's on the lands in chambers that aren't cut for it. However, the Sierra 155 Palma (2156) doesn't seem to mind a long jump too much at all. They're one of my favorite Mid Range bullets, as they're accurate, buck the wind pretty well, and offer a significant reduction in recoil to 185's, 175's etc. If I had a 30" bbl, I'd probably use them at long range as well.
