You can actually pull this off with blue painters tape and exacto and some DuraCoat in the standard woodland camo configs. You can also buy stencils from those who offer them, but they may or may not be in the right scaling for a rifle stock. You can use an old pair of BDUs to give your mind something to think on when doing the pattern with a pencil and then cut it with the exacto. I am the guy who painted the stock shown above and I did not buy any stencils.
Once you buy the tape and the paint and an airbrush etc, it is cheaper to pay somebody like myself to do it
