Does anyone know if I must send a list of trustees with my form 4? I was planning on sending the trust but the list of trustees is it's own document.

Your trust should include trustees and successor trustees. If the trust does not mention a trustee there is no one to administer the trust and it may not be valid.

Trustees should not need to sign an NFA trust unless the trust has some provision providing for their acceptance of appointment.

You need to include the trustees in the trust document that is sent to the BATFE since they are authorized users.
