I'm not sure the legalities, but as a practical matter someone like this is nearly certain to be judgement proof, so the accused cop gets to pay a lawyer to do the suit then collects nothing regardless of the eventual judgment because the person in question has no assets that can be siezed to satisfy the judgement.
Again not sure about the particulars of how it relates to police, but unless you have a laywer already paid but with no work it is usually not worth it to sue for slander.
I may lean more towards the 'intolerant' side of things, but regarding the false accusations as well as the public slandering by said bitch,,, it is my opinion that regardless of her physical net worth she has biological net worth. As in, even if she's broke, she still has organs.

whats worse is you will still have some mongoloid out there that will still side with her.....because apparently accusers MUST be believed....even when there is no evidence.....or even evidence proving it never happened.
I believe it depends on the State Laws. I think she can be charged with making false charges toward an officer, but again, I’m pretty sure it’s dependent on the state laws.
As you say, not much point in suing someone who most likely can't pay the judgement. Would it make more sense to go after the attorney and Sean King in civil court? They are, after all, the ones who pushed the story into the national news based only on the word of Dixon-Cole.
