Gunsmithing Anschutz 1517 MPR accuracy problem

Hey guys, I just cannot get it to shoot. I have tried all brands of ammo. Wind is not a factor. 50 or 100 yds. have the same results. I am using good front and rear rests and am a capable shooter. It will sometimes put 2 in the same hole and then throw the third 2-3 inches wild. It has the stainless bbl. and a decent trigger. Can you help me figure it out? Thanks - - Harvey

I've worked quite a few Annies. (Worked for the US service center). 22's are fickle. Very fickle.

Fliers and elevation are usually signs of bedding. You can try fussing with screw torque but it may need a good pillar bedding job.
