Cant tell you if you got hosed or not but that rifle isnt worth 3,400... but neither is a pistol.

Action is 800 maybe being that its old and a generation out of fashion
Barrel is 500
Trigger is 150-200 hopefully and not a shitty rem trigger
Stock is 600
Bottom metal is 200

Thats up to right at 2.2k which is what my gut told me immediately and that seems like a reasonable price for it. Id be pissed if I traded this rifle away for a pistol if thats of any emotional value lol

I'd be pissed if I traded the pistol for this rifle, lol. A used GRP Recon is easily worth a few hundred more and could've built a very nice NEW rifle had it been sold. I think that rifle would sit on the BST's for a while at 2k.
