Any attorneys that do NFA trusts on here, I have a question.

Guy who did my trust is hard to get ahold of, and the other guy I knew died. How do I amend my Schedule A? I have the original digital document do I just add it to the list print and resign it? It’s dated for when the trust was made in the document do I leave that the same?

Not an attorney, but in my NFA Trust I just added a page titled " Amended Schedule A", list all items in the original schedule A as they are written. Then add your new item (suppressor)
    #. 1 Name Suppressor, made by __________
    Serial Number _________, Model _________, Caliber _________
Overall length _______inches, (Pending BATF approval)
This has always worked for me and I have used this same method 4 times over the years with no issues. No need for signatures or dates on the Amended A, Just add the page to the Trust document.

Next time get a trust made that doesn't need these Schedules of assets.

Well, hindsight’s 20/20. It’s nit a big deal just wanted to double check, my old go to did it for a living and died so y’all were next in line.

I can have the whole thing amended to be a better trust, which I’m doing when I can.
