The standard Quad comes with a synthetic stock and can accept 4 different barrels with the twist of a hex wrench. P94's came with a wooden stock. They both take the same trigger group, Larry Gish can set one up for you to release in the oz's if you're a bench guy. Both are very accurate with factory barrels. Used P94's are commanding a really good price because they are no longer made. Lilja makes a drop in barrel for both in 3 different configurations. I think they are only selling quads with the 4 barrels as a set...there may be some 2 barrel new guns available. They're both fine guns and I don't think you'd go wrong with either.
