Any experiences with Grunig & Elmiger rifles?

I have a chance to buy an MKBIII at a very good price. Chambered in .308 win and I'm hearing that long range accuracy is as good as it gets. Can't find user feedback on them though, so I would appreciate any input you have on pros and cons.

Grunig&Elmiger rifles (rim fire and center fire) are so rare in US. You need to chase them to buy one!
