Pretty much anytime want to... Just not in town. I'm from Oahu and used to hate going to Kokohead. Any Hawaii LEOs?

Welcome to the board. I'm from Maui. You think Koko head is bad, try shooting on Maui. Our 1 public range is only open to the public 15 hours a month!
