I need to pull mine so I can trim it down to fit an AW mag. I've never taking one of the chasis systems apart. I doubt it's difficult, but want to save myself the trouble of any suprises

Just pull the skins, there will be a pin you will need to punch out that retains the mag release lever, should be a simple task.

Sweet. It was simple to get it out. The spring dropped out before I could see what the original orientation was. Which way do the legs on the spring go?
Any recommendations on the best way to get the spring back in and everything lined up?

TDH, is your action setup to run AW mags? If not you might have just ground to much and will have to send it to AINA to replace it.

It's a M2008. From what I've read they are good to go out of the box.
