Any Idea of what these are?

There is nothing there that looks very special but you never know. You can usually date, to some degree, by researching the earliest use of the particular ignition system. Depending on the country, some form of proof marking has been around for a long time. One of the standard references is the Standard Directory of Proof Marks. The proof marks can help date firearms and show the country in which proofed.
 
If there is no special collectible value I have seen a few similar long guns go for a little over a hundred buck to be used as decorations. They look nice over a fire place.
