Occasionally the spent primers will hang up in the drop from the shell holder down the ram to the capture tube. This tool looks just right to poke down the drop hole in the ram to unjam them.
I use a small screwriver....not offen, but it does happen.

:nailed it:Looks exactly like the "tool" I got with my Gen6 Lyman powder thrower/scale to take off the drop tube. Maybe he has a Lyman electronic scale nearby. Kind of like a small shepherds hook.
