I have had good experiences buying and trading things on this site - as well as a gunbroker and a couple of other places. However, the potential for people being "had" is considerable. My question for you legal types is this, if one pays for a gun using a postal money order is there then cause to pursue a non performing party on a more aggressive basis, because of a federal fraud since the US postal system was used? Or is this a bit of a stretch? I understand that the hassle and potential expense of pursuing someone legally may not be worth it, especially across state lines,, etc. Was just curious if there was any benefit to the buyer in this instance.
