Any of you guys using the Accu-shot monopod on B&C Varmint/Tactical ?

I was thinking I could mount a rail, then use the monopod beneath the stock in the flat spot located where the sling stud is....
Thinking it might orient my muzzle a little low though, sometimes I just jam a sandbag beneath it. Any thoughts?

I bought one and I felt it was more trouble continually setting it up setting it up that it was worth. No longer use it. Just a rear rabbit ear sand bag.

I also bought one, and didn't care for it. I would stick with a rear bag.

Yeah sandbag all the way! I normally use a TaB gear bag, but I just bought an MOA bag, because the tab was a little to small for me and my gun.

Since it's primarily a range rifle there is n prob humping a sandbag around. Thanks for the input, sandbag it it.

Yeah ... I had the monopod and it's not worth the time and trouble IMHO.
