Put together a dpms lr 308 and was wandering if any one can give me some ballistic help to save bullits and time. Shooting FGMM 168s. Factory 24" barrel. So far best group is around .375. So I am zeroed at 100, but going to a shoot Sat. after Thanksgiving and need some dope out to 550 yds.

Since you're a new guy, and since I've been meaning to do this, so I can save it for the next clueless newby, here's how to do a better search on Sniper's Hide than the forum search function will do.
Call up Google's Advanced Search, here:
Google Advanced Search
Type the search terms in, and type "snipershide.com" in the domain box, as shown below:
Now hit the search button. Read what results. Easy.
If you're having trouble reading the text in the example above, because the 'Hide server reduces the picture size, click HERE for a full-size version.

we all have crosses to bare.....in your case duke.260.......you prolly ought let someone else do the trigger yanking for you...that way you could live your life vicariously.

Really wish I had an answer to your question. Your question is a resonable request.... shouldn't a forum of shooters be able to share information and advice to help others without some one jumping in a calling them lazy, clueless, etc.
How brilliant is it, when you don't know an answer yourself, to tell someone to Search it, Google it, or figure it out for themselves....if that's really the best answer you can come up with for someone.., please at least be polite about it.

To the OP, to even give you a rough estimate of the dope, we're going to need your muzzle velocity, and to the exact decimals. This is crucial as a small difference in velocity, will give ya big difference in dope out at distance.
Do a 10 measurement string of Chrono at the range (start with a cold barrel), let us know what they are, and the temperature you shot at, and we'll be able to give ya a good idea of what the dope will be. at least to get you on paper out to 500 or so yards.
