Any source for Howa receivers?

So I'm considering doing a "Howage" build up. Are there ANY sources for Howa receivers (not the barreled receivers from Brownells)?

I don’t think they sell them. You’d have to find someone parting a rifle out.

Yeah, that's kind of what I thought. I just thought there might be some hidden treasure smith/shop that carries them.

At $300-$500 for a complete rifle, what're you trying to do with just a bare action that can't be accomplished with the whole gun with the "extra" stuff thrown away?
