Anybody have a pic of manners adj. butt system?

I'm getting ready to order a T4A stock from manners. They have the option for a adj. butt system. They do not show pics of there options. Can someone show me what there system looks like?

I am considering the same setup.

As I understand it, they use the Tubb butt system, found here:

Don't worry it say AR-15, if you go to the Tubb site, and follow the links for the Rem 700 and adjustable butt plate, it takes you to the same page.

Thanks for the link! I just talked to Manners about a stock for my son who is 11. I need a stock he can grow into and still be useful to an adult. The nice lady said it would be adjustable from 12 1/4" to 13 1/2" but if this is the system they use it says 3" adjustment.
I'll have to all them back and ask.

I dont have any pics of it, but I've got the adjustable spacer system on my T4a and there is not 3" of adjustment in it. Still love the stock though.
