i have both and there is a night and day diffrence. not only in specs, but durability and glass. i believe the pst is the best bang for your buck in their price range, but its really unfair to compare them to a scope costing 2x as much

Bingo.
I've had both. There is no comparison. The Razor honestly makes the PST feel like a toy. Both have incredible build quality, but the heft of the Razor hints of the incredible robustness of this scope. I would use it as a jack handle, wheel chock or nightstick and have no doubts about it working properly afterword.
The Razor also has almost 2x the elevation... that may be an issue for you and it also is now available with 10 mil/rev. turrets.
