Yeah...that's Jasper and Willie Boy! They came in 1st and 2nd in the BP Long Range Creedmoor Matches at Raton! Both from Still Hill, West Virginia!!
They're twin brothers from the Western Transvaal in South Africa:

Naw, those two are the guys who live across the street from me. We call them Dee and Dumber. Dee likes to mow the yard every 3-4 weeks when it is over a foot high starting just at dusk until nearly 11 at night. He said it's cooler but really hard to see where he's has mowed or more like where he missed. Dumber come out about 1-2 in the afternoon with a hoodie and winter boots on to look for the newspaper even though the heat indices (sp?) have been over or near 105 for the past two weeks. Them apples didn't fall very far from the family tree.
Well one is wearing a watch so that kinda infers he can tell time or just fashion conscience in South Africa. Rather not have them date my daughter.
Either that or their parents were ugly as hell, look like they might have played on that movie" the hills have eyes and have been blinded by ugly!
