I run them on almost all of my AR-308 builds. But,as with anything AR and espacially AR-308, which is related to the recoil system, there are no absolutes. They work good in my systems because I have set up all the other components correctly, action spring, gas tube length relative to barrel lenght, bolt carrier group, etc.

If integrated properly they aid in controling BCG velocity and dampening recoil, which helps on follow up shots.

thxs for the heads up i am working with a LWRC repr -they use a flat spring which causes trouble because of the width of the spring -its a carbine length...
