i have one in the Winchester WSSM action, ER shaw barrel, stock stock. blind magazine. It feeds well and loves 105 AMAX. far from custom but a tack driver none the less.

the thing with the wssm is the length and finding a mag that will feed it besides the stock winchester, you will almost have to get something custom to make it work, if you can find a wssm action i would go with that but good luck finding mags.

idk man if you get the WSSM action it will, with stock short action idk it doesn't work in my savage chambered in .270 WSM i just checked

Are you saying that WSSM rounds will not feed from a WSM magazine? Have wodered about this before, and it seemed like they should.

I still do not see the benefit of the WSSM. If you don't reload you pay 3x the price for ammo that maybe gives you 150-200fps. If you do reload you can cut that number in half using the regular cartridge. I think they are a gimmick that will not survive.

If you plan on reloading the brass is horrible, it' s so hard, the necks split after 1-2 reloads.
