Been doing a lot of night hunting lately and thinking about get some rechargeable batteries for my IR hunter. Looks like they're two companies out there making them ,the IRX and the JL metalworx. These complete kits cost around $200. Looks like you all you really need is the extension tube they manufacture. The batteries and chargers are readily available and cheap. Anyone make there own tube or find an alternative? The batteries look to be about $7 each and the charger is about $10. Be nice if you can just find the tube so you can run the batteries. Anyone?
