So I am running a Mite on my Mosquito and it will cycle just fine with full power ammo and the stronger spring..
But will not cycle the action with remington or aguila subs.

with the weaker spring it doesn't even have enough power to cycle a round in the chamber when I rack the slide

Any ideas?

Mine with tac65 will run cci 40gr subsonic segmented hollow points.

I just stick with mini-mags because there is not much difference and mini-mags are same price and easier to find in my local shops.

..

Your barrel length is 4.58" and it is a blow back. There are plenty of variables, but standard 40gr LRN .22LR should yield a velocity no greater than 945 fps. You are subsonic already.

So, this is what I read here:

<span style="font-weight: bold">"When I run a Mite suppressor on my Mosquito it is still so loud that I think I need to make it quieter. I decided to try subsonics to get it even quieter. What I found was that my auto would cycle with regular and HV rounds, but with the subsonics, it wouldn't. How can I get my Mosquito to cycle when I use sub sonic loads?"</span>

Right? Well, first. Your can's blast performance is poor. Your can cannot handle the blast signature of regular .22 to where you are satisfied. Your solution, try subsonics. You don't need subsonics to deal with the projectile signature, you need it to compensate for the blast performance of your Mite can. All you are doing is reducing the charge to reduce the blast gas volume in an attempt to compensate for a poorly performing can. Will it work? Sure, you could reduce it to 500 fps if you need/want to. Meanwhile, your auto needs the "normal" charge to cycle. With subs, your slide stalls. Tinker all you want, springs, etc. ... its your can.

Lastly, tuck this away for future reference:

cci subs cycle in mine with the spectre. I shoot standard federal, remington and cci because it sounds the same as the subs in my mosquito.

CCI standard velocity 40 gr. and Rem 38 gr. HP subs have ran from day one in mine, only started having cycling problems between 500-1000 rounds because it was filthy. Cleaned it and GTG. And most of that was supressed.

What type of can?

mine runs the 38 gr aguila subsonic better than the 40 gr aguila subs. I haver to clean the mosquito every 200 rds or so to keep it from jamming a lot though.
