Anyone got USGI M80 Ball Velocities for an M1A?

Standard 22-inch barrel. I know the USGI specs at 78 feet and all that. I'm wondering what anyone is really getting with our typical screen distances of 7-10 feet, including year of ammo and temperature of the readings.
