Looks like to me, the “authorities” moved in and stole a very nice, and very legal, collection of classic firearms and dummy munitions.

Not yet but the Commies are hard at work by the second to fuck us . Montgomery County has lost numerous lawsuits in regards to Preemption . Basically we are a Common Wealth . Good for one , good for all . The State makes gun law not the Municipalities. Montgomery County openly says they don't care and will continue to blah blah blah .

This is what happens when you raise leftist shit kids and have leftist shit relatives. If those old geezers had a hair on their ass, they would disown the whole damned lot of them.
That being said, I own both a Krag and a lovely Remington Rand 1911 that someone's crap relatives threw away. My buddy drives a trash truck and we used to trade when he found stuff like this. There was an old WWII guy on his route who had a stroke. He took care of the guys garbage, since he was an armor guy when he was in the Army as well. One day the guy is gone and his 50-something kid is cleaning out the house. Tossed his entire WWII uniform, photo albums, 1911 in a holster and framed pics into the trash.
Raising leftist kids who hate the military and hate civil rights is its own reward, especially with socialist approved medical suicide at most hospitals. Grow old, get sick, get murdered so they can split your retirement money and sell your house. Tada,,,,,,,,,wealth redistributed.

I was hoping someone local might know the man and have some info on how this is getting resolved. As far as I could tell all the weapons looked legal and the "bombs" are inert collectables. With all the alphabet groups on-site I can't imagine that they don't know exactly what those items are. The bloviating "news" anchor's alarmist claims aside, How the hell did they have the authority to commit him for psychiatric eval, yet alone confiscate his property for "disposal"? Especially since the article states "no charges have been filed".

If anyone can get in touch with this guy or his family, we should crowd fund his legal defense. (assuming he really didn't do anything wrong, I am not super familiar with the story)
He must live next to some of the dumbest Mother Fuckers on the planet. If any of those bombs, rockets or mortars were live the entire block would have been evacuated. The cops wouldn't be picking them up and putting them on the porch. They wouldn't be standing next to them either. They were placed on display like that for the media.
