Anyone Heard from Cadex Rifles?

We are a FFL/SOT dealer wanting to inquire about picking up the Cadex rifles for R&D. over a week ago.
We have emailed, text and called Darryl Miller a few times with zero response.
It seems their CS is very lacking compared to the other dealers we have been dealing with.
Has anyone else had this problem with Cadex?

When I talked to Darryl he picked up the phone within one ring the first time I called. It did take a couple days/week to get the information requested. Was slow but we did get it
