I recall Black Aces used to make a “shorty” 12 gauge and it did not require a SBR license/form. Black Aces had gotten around not being consider a SBR thru some of the design changes, but now I can’t seem to find their original shogun on their website.
The company seems to be branding other manufacturers shotguns as their own, for example the new bull pup shotgun which carries their name.
just wondering if anyone has any of their original shotguns with the fore arm grip, and if they ve had any issues with it. Also if your in a over bearing state like mine (Hawaii) any problems registering it ?
